Seyi Makinde, other PDP Governors meet at Port Harcourt for political meeting
Governors of states controlled by the Peoples Democratic Party met at the Government House, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The Director-General of PDP Governors Forum, Cyril Maduabum, had earlier released a statement on Sunday, stating that the meeting would review the state of the States, the state of the nation, and readiness of the PDP to provide the necessary leadership to rescue and rebuild Nigeria.
Among those in the state are the Chairman of the Forum and Governor of Sokoto State, Amini Waziri Tambuwal; Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde; Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State, Sen. Douye Diri of Bayelsa State, Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State; Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu; and Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State.
Others are Udom Emmanuel (Akwa Ibom), Samuel Ortom (Benue), Ifeanyi Ogwuanyi (Enugu), the Deputy Governor of Zamfara State, Mahdi Aliyu, and Rivers State Governor, Nyemson Wike.
