The new set of Service Chiefs, earlier today paid visit to the Capital city of Oyo State, Ibadan.
The entourage which was led by the Chief of Defence Staff, Gen. Lucky E.O. Irabor, arrived at the 2 Division of the Nigerian Army where Gen. Irabor addressed officers of the division.
The Service chiefs are required to meet Governor Seyi Makinde and oversee the change of leadership at the division.
