Oyo state governor; Engr Seyi Makinde this morning inaugurated the Implementation and Secretariat Committees of the state’s new University, Emmanuel Alayande University of Education.
The governor who made the announcement while hosting the Joint Action Committee (JAC) of Oyo State-owned tertiary institutions, led by Comrade Segun Oyewumi at his office.
Makinde, while welcoming the committees thanked them for the solidarity visit and assured that his administration will continually prioritize the welfare of the committee and increase his investments in the education sector.

On the inauguration of the Emmanuel Alayande University of Education committee, Makinde disclosed that their role is to create the policies and processes by which this institution will be run as we aim to make it the best University of Education in Nigeria.
